No, all the services provided by Intro are free to all candidates. |
| What do I need to bring with me when I register? |

You will need to bring a current C.V. and proof of I.D. including details of your address. It is also helpful if you can provide two references which will cut down the time in us sending you out to work. |
| What are your opening hours? |

Our offices are open Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm (Late night Wednesday until 6:30pm) On Friday's our offices close at 5:00pm. |
| Do I need to sit a test at Registration? |

We will make an assessment of your current skills at registration to ensure that you are matched to appropriate vacancies. The registration process normally takes an hour or so. |

| How long will it take to get a job? |

It is impossible to state specific timescales as so much depends on the marketplace, location, salary, company etc. But be assured, however, that our aim is to find you suitable work as fast as possible. |
| What type of training is offered? |

We offer computer skills training. We can provide you with full training or just a short course to sharpen your skills in the most widely used computer packages. The training can take place to suit your schedule from just a couple of hours to a full day. |
| What is your payment procedure? |

Once you have provided us with your bank or building society account details we will then transfer your pay directly into your account by BACS. Once we receive your completed timesheet, by 11:00am on the Monday following the week you worked, your payslip will be sent to you on a Thursday.
All temps are entitled to an accrued 28 days holiday per annum. You will be paid the week after you have taken your holiday and the amount is based on previous pay periods. Holiday Request Forms are available from our office or by downloading from the website.
If you are temping with Intro our payroll Department will be more than happy to explain your tax and NI deductions. To save you time please have your payslip handy when phoning. |

No - provided you complete and return to us a Student Declaration Form (P38s). |
| Are there any restrictions on where I can work if I am not a British Citizen? |

Yes. Two year visitors visas are not usually accepted by companies looking to recruit permanent placements. The rules vary depending on your nationality and your desired location. Feel free to speak to one of our consultants for more specific advice. |
| How confidential are your services? |

Completely. We will never disclose your details to anybody without your express permission first. |
| Will you call me at work? |

We are able to text or e mail you. If necessary, providing we have your consent, we will contact you by phone. We are always discreet and will not leave messages with names and numbers. |
| How can I best research for interviews? |

Unfortunately because of the high volume of cv's received we are unable to reply to each one. If you have therefore not heard from us within 2 weeks of submitting your details please take it that we have no suitable vacancies to match your skills at the present time. |
