Role Field Sales Engineer
Location Midlands
Salary Upto £35K +OTE £16K
Description Our client is a leading focused technical solutions distributor who has invested heavily in new offices and a warehouse of 27,000 square feet. Our client specialises in the supply of refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical process control, temperature, pressure, level, flow and other instrumentation. They are currently looking to for a Regional Field Sales Engineer to promote a solution to the OEM market place.

The company offers:

  • Up to 35k Basic salary depending on experience
  • OTE of 16k
  • Pension Scheme
  • 20 days holiday which rises each year (+Christmas Close)
  • Excellent progression and career development

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively driving and successful management of the existing client base. Also involved in this newly created opportunity you will be responsible for generating interest and developing new business in the OEM market place. You will be home based and be asked to report strategy, figures, and forecast on a monthly basis by attending a meeting at head office.

Skills and attributes required:

  • Instrumentation/ industrial components sales background preferred, however not essential
  • Field Sales experience essential with technical background
  • OEM market knowledge essential
  • Ideally situated somewhere near Birmingham
  • Motivated, outgoing, strong personality, Loyal and trustworthy.
  • Good communication, written and oral skills
