Customer Service Associate

Job Details

My Client are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service candidate to join their team on a temporary basis. 

 

Daily Duties: 

  • Providing prices to established customers within price guidelines
  • Promoting companies products, prices and services to prospect customers
  • Raising artwork requests
  • Raising artwork invoices
  • Covering Reception for short periods on a rota basis
  • Distribution of incoming emails to the appropriate team members
  • Managing product returns when required
  • Sample order entry
  • Update and distribute routine daily reports
  • Ad hoc reports

What skills do I need? 

  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Experience working in customer services in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the use of the SAP system would be advantageous. 

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 9.30am- 3pm

Pay Rate: £11.43ph
